Combi Cooler Genset Types

From cooling components such as oil-coolers, coolant-radiators, charge-air-coolers to complete cooling systems and packages in a large variety of industry segments.

1

RADIATOR ATTACHED DIRECTLY TO THE ENGINE

WingFan S.r.l. develops and manufactures many types of radiators. With this particular arrangement, the rotation of the fan is activated directly by the motor shaft. It is a mechanical system in which the transmission ratio, both through the belt system and through the gearbox, has to be specified by the manufacturer of the motor itself. The cooling efficiency of the radiator must be adequate at its end.

2

COOLER WITH MECHANICAL GUIDED FAN

With this arrangement, the rotation of the fan must be achieved with a grooved belt with different resistance sections. You can fully adjust the gear ratio by selecting the fan pulley, belt, reset system and fan speed to get the fan power consumption as the end result. It is the most economical and efficient way to find the most suitable solution together with the specific application.

3

VERTICAL RADIATOR WITH ELECTRIC FAN

With this particular arrangement, the rotation of the fan must be provided by its own electric motor. The fan speed basically depends on the frequency of the electric motor and the number of poles. With this arrangement, the radiator can be installed vertically and separately in a container or outdoors. With a single electric motor or with two, four or more different solutions can be configured to allow optimal regulation of energy consumption.

4

HORIZONTAL RADIATOR AS TABLE WITH ELECTRIC FANS

Boosting the radiator is usually similar to a remote table, for example on the roof of the genset container. The cooling system is directly connected to the engine via special ducts. The cooler should normally not be installed in the lowest position relative to the motor sockets in order to avoid filling problems or to compensate the system. The fan speed can be adjusted. The composite materials of the fan impeller make it suitable for very low-noise installations.

5

ELECTRIC HORIZONTAL RADIATOR WITH HEAT EXCHANGER

The placement of the cooler is similar to a remote table, but the task is to cool an auxiliary circuit with its own pump instead of the motor. The auxiliary circuit must be the cooling medium of a group of heat exchangers which are arranged near the engine and connected directly to it at its end. Disconnect the radiator from the engine to avoid short distances or problems with height differences from directly affecting the engine. Suitable for very quiet installations.
