Renaming of Rosati S.r.l. to Wingfan S.r.l. and integration into the global distribution system of the Wingfan group with facilities all over the globe.

Acquisition of the neighboring property adding 20.000 m2 land and 14.000 m2 building to cope with the strong growth of Rosati S.r.l..

Foundation of subsidiary in Istanbul, Turkey.

2019

Rosati S.r.l. acquires the business unit “Radiators and Heat exchangers for cooling of water, oil and air” of TechnoGroup Industry S.r.l. (former business of Ciesse S.r.l.).

Foundation of subsidiary in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

2016

Rosati S.r.l. starts assembly radiators and heat exchangers on customer demand.

2015

The sole shareholder of Wingfan, Germany acquires 100% of Rosati S.r.l..

2012

Rosati S.r.l. appointed as new Wingfan distributor for Italy, France and Spain.

Foundation of subsidiary in Americana, Brazil.

Relocation to a new 10.200 m2 facility in Hamburg.

Cooperation with BorgWarner introduces fan clutches into the line-up.

UK distributor is acquired, forming our third subsidiary in Leicester, UK.

Patrick Hogrefe acquires all shares of Wingfan and becomes sole shareholder.

Renaming of Rosati Gino to Rosati Fratelli S.r.l.. Start of the production of axial fans for use on endothermic motors for automotive applications.
